Dry ice (carbon dioxide, solid)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dry Ice:

Passengers may take up to 2.5 kg of dry ice when used as a refrigerant for perishable items that are not subject to the IATA DGR. 

The package must be able to release the carbon dioxide gas.

For checked baggage containing dry ice, a dry ice handling label (as seen below) must be placed on the package at check-in.
